Due to the nature of these methods, when a pair of bells is on the front
in the "alternate" method, it will/could run false against another lead
when these bells are on the front if ringing the other method.

Therefore, with the standard method being Dover White Cliffs, Bluebird is
always rung when set pairs are doing the frontwork.  The above calling is
based on Bluebird being called, when the following pairs are on the front;
2&3, 4&5, 5&6, 6&7, 4&6 and 5&7.
